How to Use IP Portal

Register on Story

Begin your experience by registering an account on Story. Click on the 'Register' button prominently displayed on our homepage. Fill out the registration form with your email address, create a strong password, and confirm your identity. Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you; make sure to verify your email to activate your account and ensure a smooth process.

Sign In

Once your account is verified, return to the homepage and click 'Sign In'. Input your registered email address and password. If you forget your password, follow the 'Forgot Password?' link to reset it. Keeping your login information secure is important, so consider using a password manager.

Set up your profile

After signing in, head to your profile settings located in the dashboard. Here's where you can personalize your profile by adding a profile picture and writing a brief bio about yourself and your work. This information will assist others in understanding your background and the type of projects you're involved in. Having a well-crafted profile may also increase your visibility in the community.

Register Work

To safeguard and license your creations, navigate to the 'Register Work' section. This area is dedicated to listing your intellectual properties such as music, videos, images, or written works. Click on the 'Upload' button; you can drag and drop your files or browse to select them from your device. Fill out the necessary details, including the title, description, and any relevant tags. This ensures others can discover and potentially remix your work. Confirm your uploads before submitting them.

Browse IP

Once your work is registered, take some time to explore our extensive library of licensed IP. Use our search functionality where you can look up assets using keywords like IPID, Title, or Description. Browsing through these resources can inspire your next project or help you find the perfect licensed materials to incorporate into your work. Be sure to check the licensing terms associated with each asset to understand usage rights.

License With Ease

After finding an IP that piques your interest, click on it to view detailed licensing options. Our licensing process is designed to be user-friendly. You will see clear options based on usage, duration, and any specific terms related to the work. Once you've reviewed these options, select the one that best meets your project's needs. Follow the onscreen instructions to finalize the licensing agreement, ensuring you comply with all necessary legal requirements.
